In this hands-on class, your young chef will explore some of the most beloved dishes from France! They’ll start by making delicate crêpes from scratch and filling them with a savory combination of chicken, spinach, and a classic béchamel sauce. For dessert, they’ll dive into the art of pâte à choux—the versatile cooked dough used to create cream puffs, éclairs, and gougères. Along the way, students will learn essential skills like making a smooth sauce, folding and cooking crêpes, and piping dough to perfection. By the end of class, they’ll have a delicious taste of French cuisine and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.
