The tour begins with a ride through the Bywater and Marigny neighborhoods, home to history, art, and delightful shotgun houses. Your licensed tour guide will take you up Esplanade Ave, once known as “Creole Millionaires Row”. We’ll ride the oak lined avenue and marvel at the architecture, passing by Faubourg Treme and into Faubourg St. John. After a leisurely pedal through City Park, we’ll stop for a well-deserved break. Riders will have the opportunity to purchase beignets and café au lait at Cafe Du Monde. We then follow the trail of one of the oldest roads in the US - Bayou Road, the very reason New Orleans exists. Lastly we’ll pedal our way back through the historic French Quarter and the Marigny, admiring the sights along the way. This unique adventure is something you can't experience anywhere else. Your 2 bedroom Treehouse sits on a private 48 acre island in the middle of the Waccamaw River just 7 miles outside of North Myrtle Beach, SC. You will enjoy the short half mile trip down the river lined with beautiful bald cypress trees and southern live oaks covered in Spanish moss. Once at the Treehouse you can relax in one of the rocking chairs on the top deck, enjoy your packed lunch and drinks or explore the area on foot or kayak. Feel free to stay at the Treehouse or explore the river for the full 3 hours or come back earlier if you desire.

Take off from New Orleans Lakefront Airport and head on over the city of New Orleans, where you will get an up-close view of the French Quarter, St. Louis Cathedral, Jackson Square, and Bourbon Street. Beyond that you'll get a bird's eye view of the greater New Orleans area and see our magnificent surroundings from above. After flying over the French Quarter you will head back to Lakefront Airport, getting views from a distance of New Orleans City Park, the Fairgrounds, Dillard University and the Causeway Bridge.
