In this engaging 3-day art workshop, students will explore world cultures through art, geography, and creative storytelling. Using art as a lens, artists will learn how people around the world express identity, place, and experience through visual design. This workshop is designed for children and teens, and groups students by age to support appropriate pacing, skill development, and positive peer connection. Artists will design a personalized artist passport, using self-portraiture to explore identity and representation. They will also create a map-based artwork, tapping into kids’ natural fascination with maps while learning about scale, symbols, and imaginative geography. This week we’re celebrating the Lunar New Year! 2026 is the year of the horse, so we’ll be painting this majestic steed. Our objective with this piece is to capture form with stark contrast for an impactful image. Students will exercise restraint with this limited pallet as they challenge their dexterity. Spring Semester (Mid March-May) Exercise the imagination and build creativity at the Art House. This class is designed for four to 6 years old aged children to help them learn and develop fine motor skills through creating art! Your child will practice using scissors, holding a pencil and paint brush, and much more through drawing, painting, and sculpting. Students produce a variety of projects with various mediums and subjects in order to learn different techniques and skills in creating art. Classes are limited in sizes so sign your child up today!

Spring Semester (Mid March-May) This class is recommended for ages 10+ who have a basic knowledge of drawing and anime. Digital Art Supplies REQUIRED. iPad with Apple Pencil preferred. Class is taught using the program Procreate for Apple iPad, which is strongly recommended. Other programs may suffice, but we cannot promise a 1:1 comparison of lessons for any other programs used. Experience in procreate preferred but not required. We will study what makes a cartoon "anime," different methods, techniques, and all the formal elements you need to create your own anime art and characters. Classes are limited in size, so sign up today!

Sign up for each week- we have a new curriculum each week! Kids will enjoy 4 hours of Art and Art related Activities! Day Camp is a drop off program & for ages 4 and older. Each day includes a variety of Cookies & Canvas event, One Day Workshop, OR Pottery Painting & Open Studio time. Most projects will go home same day. (If they have pottery painting that day, they will need to be picked up following week) Kids enjoy stations as well as several art projects during their 4 hours of fun at the Art Studio! Groups separated by age under K-4 grades, 5-8 grades. Bring peanut free sack lunch, snack & water bottle. Please dress for the weather- as we do take a walk in the neighborhood and eat in the garden on days when we can.

Paint, sculpt, draw, create and more at La Salle art camp! Students will spend the week at La Salle exploring different artistic mediums to express their full creativity. There will be different projects throughout the week to bring home and show off to your friends and family. Open to all campers interested in spending time exploring their creativity.
