Fun & Flips Class is a beginner level gymnastics class for athletes who love to flip! Athletes will work on form, strength, flexibility, and be introduced to basic skills and terminology. Fun & Flips will give athlete’s the strong foundation needed to obtain more difficult skills in a fun and engaging way. Athletes will be working on: Building strength & flexibility Gymnastics body positions and correct form Tumbl Trak - Jumps, Body Control, Proper landing positions, Beginner tumbling Vault - Running and jumping on the springboard, body positions Floor - Intro to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstand starters, and cartwheel starters Bars - Grip strength, Chin holds, L-holds, Front Supports & more! Tumble 2 is designed to take your athletes tumbling to the next level. Athletes will learn to increase speed and power in running tumble connections. This class will train Roundoff Back Handsprings, Tucks, Layouts and Twisting. Athletes are required to have an unassisted Standing Back Handspring and Power Hurdle Roundoff.

Alice is so excited to offer classes this Winter at We Rock the Spectrum! Music with Alice, a 40-45 minute family music class, welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together! These special classes will include an hour of gym time at We Rock the Spectrum (built in to the price of each class.) *Siblings under 1 years of age are free! Next, we rotate through agility stations and drills. Units of study include sport-specific drills and games, including rules of the game, strategy, and the fundamentals required to play. We also enjoy fun classic games like kickball, dodgeball, whiffleball, wallball, and capture the flag. We are unable to offer refunds once classes have started.
