This class is designed for kindergarten through 2nd grade aged children to help them learn and develop fine motor skills through creating art! Our beloved class is starting again this fall. Children and their caregivers come together for a 50 minute class of music, story time and art. It is a beautiful time to connect, create and explore with one another.

Fall Semester Session Two (October-December) This class is recommended for ages 10+ who have a basic knowledge of drawing and anime. Digital Art Supplies REQUIRED. iPad with Apple Pencil preferred. Class is taught using the program Procreate for Apple iPad, which is strongly recommended. Other programs may suffice, but we cannot promise a 1:1 comparison of lessons for any other programs used. Experience in procreate preferred but not required. We will study what makes a cartoon "anime," different methods, techniques, and all the formal elements you need to create your own anime art and characters. Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:00–5:30 PM Join us as we explore a variety of artistic mediums, including clay, ink, watercolor, and acrylic painting. These fun and engaging classes help children develop creativity, observation skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence through art. Starting off September we will be drawing and learning to use watercolors. Each finished artwork will be professionally matted and ready to frame or give as a gift.
