Bees, butterflies, and moths, oh my! Ever wonder about the tiny but crucial role pollinators play? Become a Pollinator Protector! In this camp, students put on their explorer wings to learn about these small but mighty creatures and their vital contribution to biodiversity, ecosystem stability, and even our food security. We'll investigate the challenges pollinators face and discover ways we can help protect them. Find out why we need pollinators, and why they definitely need us!. This mini camp day is ideal for students who still requires a nap. This short day is also perfect for students who would like to experience a STEAM camp before attending a longer program day.

Blast off with us on an out-of-this-world adventure! Our young astronauts will embark on a cosmic journey as we orbit through the solar system. Through songs, dramatic play, and hands-on art projects, students will explore the wonders of outer space, learning about the sun’s role in giving us light, the celestial bodies that make up our solar system, and the amazing nature of space itself. This fun and interactive experience will inspire curiosity and creativity, making science come to life as we reach for the stars!.

Each day includes a variety of Cookies & Canvas event, One Day Workshop, OR Pottery Painting & Open Studio time. Most projects will go home same day. (If they have pottery painting that day, they will need to be picked up following week) Kids enjoy stations as well as several art projects during their 4 hours of fun at the Art Studio! Groups separated by age under K-4 grades, 5-8 grades. Bring peanut free sack lunch, snack & water bottle. Please dress for the weather- as we do take a walk in the neighborhood and eat in the garden on days when we can.

We’ll learn to collect, organize, and interpret information, and use our measurement skills to explore the world around us. We’ll apply our understanding of measurement to solve problems involving distance, time, liquid volumes, mass, and money. We’ll explore different units of measurement within the same system. We’ll learn to tell time to the nearest minute and solve problems involving addition and subtraction of time intervals. We’ll measure lengths using rulers and explore different units of measurement. We’ll work with liquid volumes and masses, learning to estimate and measure them. We’ll create and interpret scaled bar graphs to represent data. This is a 6 week Session! Students will build a few Robots and will learn basic Robotics programming using SCRATCH to manipulate the Robot using a designated Theme.
