Our Level 2 course helps students refine and expand their public speaking skills with more structure, deeper content, and a greater focus on delivery, persuasion, and audience engagement. In this 5-session, high-energy course, students will: - Strengthen speech organization and clarity with more complex prompts - Learn how to deliver longer speeches confidently and how to use notecards to prepare effectively instead of memorizing - Master confident delivery techniques including tone, pacing, gestures, and eye contact - Craft stronger openings, memorable closings, and smooth transitions - Explore more advanced speech types—persuasive, informative, motivational, and storytelling - Participate in challenging impromptu speaking activities - Receive in-depth instructor feedback and practical tips for growth - Present in every class, both prepared and off-the-cuff. While still playful and supportive, this course encourages students to dig deeper, speak with intention, and sharpen their presence as young communicators. Whether they’re preparing for school presentations, leadership roles, or competitions, Level 2 equips them with the tools to speak up—and stand out. Pinnacle's School Year break camps offer a fun & educational outlet for your budding scientists/naturalists (grades 1-6). With Spring comes new flowers, vibrant colors, and fun new opportunities to get outside and enjoy nature's colorful awakening. As the days begin to get longer and warmer, we will spend our Spring Break camp outside exploring our garden, harvesting produce for "spring" rolls, and creating colorful projects to welcome the warmth back into our lives. Our camps allow kids to continue learning during the days off from school, while having fun, exploring, and designing projects with our dedicated teachers. With lots of time outdoors and hands-on experiments, your children will forget that they're learning.

Join us for a morning of messy, creative fun! Our Toddler Messy Art Studio offers little artists the freedom to explore open-ended art, sensory materials, and hands-on activities at their own pace. Designed especially for toddlers and young children, each session encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence through process-focused art and child-led exploration. Our instructors are there to introduce materials, offer gentle guidance, and support each child’s creative journey. Come for as long as it works for you! Studio hours are 9:30–11:30 AM, and families can stay for the full two hours or drop in for just an hour. Don't worry about a sitter! Give yourself a parents' night off and send your child to our Kids' Night Out! Pizza party dinner will be included, as well as multiple arts and crafts, and a big, instructor-led project! $40 for the first child and $35 for additional siblings. In this fun and hands-on camp, young learners will explore the exciting world of 3D design and early engineering. Through creative building activities, students will discover 2D and 3D shapes, size and scale, materials, art, and simple prototyping. Financing the Future is a six-week financial literacy program designed for students in grades 6–8. Through interactive lessons, real-life examples, team challenges, and hands-on activities, students learn how to make smart decisions about money and build financial skills they can use in everyday life. Each week focuses on an important area of financial literacy: Week 1: Smart Saving Students learn why saving matters, how to set savings goals, and how to create a realistic savings plan. Week 2: Smart Budgeting Students learn how to create a budget, understand income and expenses, and plan where their money goes before they spend it. Week 3: Smart Spending Students explore needs vs. wants, comparison shopping, unit prices, sales tax, impulse buying, marketing, subscriptions, and the true cost of purchases. Week 4: Smart Investing Students are introduced to investing, compound interest, risk and return, diversification, stocks, bonds, and index funds through activities using pretend money. Week 5: Smart Economics Students learn how supply and demand affect prices, why money exists, how trade and barter work, and how inflation affects the value of money. Week 6: Smart Giving Students explore taxes, charitable giving, volunteering, causes, and impact. They finish by bringing what they learned throughout the program together into their own Money Plan. Outdoor field games in local area parks, weather permitting. We spend the first and last hour of the day inside doing arts and crafts, STEM projects, and indoor sports such bowling and ping pong. The rest of the morning and afternoon we are outdoors doing field games and traditional camp activities utilizing local area parks. We are open rain or shine, during inclement weather and poor air quality days we spend more time inside doing crafts, indoor sports and other activities. Hot lunch and healthy snacks are included. There is a sibling discount of 20% for each child beyond the first.

Calling all car lovers out there! During this session, children will build a new kind of car each week and learn the concepts surrounding it. For example one week might focus on a power car where children try different gear combinations and another week might focus on building a car with sails and learn all about wind resistance and its effect on speed.
